CAMKMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMKMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT6B1, ASB17, and SYNPO2L. Each is linked with CAMKMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKMT-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SULT6B1 grouped by CAMKMT-low versus CAMKMT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
