Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMKK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMKK1_S475, CAMKK1_S458, and TAGAP_S400. Each is linked with CAMKK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKK1 versus CAMKK1_S475 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
