CAMKK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, FAIM2, and ALOX12B. Each is linked with CAMKK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKK1 versus ELAPOR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
