CAMKK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, PDE2A-AS1, and MIR4510. Each is linked with CAMKK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by CAMKK1-low versus CAMKK1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
