Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMKK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Glycolytic process through glucose-6-phosphate, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with CAMKK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK1 results are reported.
