CAMKK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMKK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AG1, IFNA2, and SEMG2. Each is linked with CAMKK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AG1 grouped by CAMKK1-low versus CAMKK1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
