Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMK4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CAMK4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CAMK4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMK4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, OV, and PRAD are the cancer types where CAMK4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
