CAMK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, TFRC, and ATM. Each is linked with CAMK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK4-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by CAMK4-low versus CAMK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
