CAMK2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, MRPS15, and UBE2F. Each is linked with CAMK2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2B-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP1 grouped by CAMK2B-low versus CAMK2B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
