CAMK2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, CRYAA, and NPAP1. Each is linked with CAMK2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2B-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by CAMK2B-low versus CAMK2B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
