CAMK1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3689F, SNRPCP20, and SH2D5. Each is linked with CAMK1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK1G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3689F grouped by CAMK1G-low versus CAMK1G-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
