CALU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALU-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP30, LINC02641, and OR52Z1. Each is linked with CALU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALU-to-partner and partner-to-CALU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP30 grouped by CALU-low versus CALU-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALU→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
