Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPSL1, GSG1L2, and IFNA4. Each is linked with CALR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALR-to-partner and partner-to-CALR results are reported.
