The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CALML6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALML6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where CALML6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
