Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALML6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, VEGFR2, and MSH2. Each is linked with CALML6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML6-to-partner and partner-to-CALML6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by CALML6-low versus CALML6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALML6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALML6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
