Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALML6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,461 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALML6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-cysteine catabolic process, Flagellated sperm motility, and Detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain. Each is linked with CALML6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML6-to-partner and partner-to-CALML6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L-cysteine catabolic process grouped by CALML6-low versus CALML6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
