Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALML6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROKR2, GUCA1C, and KRTAP10-6. Each is linked with CALML6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML6-to-partner and partner-to-CALML6 results are reported.
