Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,491 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALML4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C2, MORF4L1, and MVP_S445. Each is linked with CALML4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML4-to-partner and partner-to-CALML4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALML4 versus GTF3C2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
