Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,476 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN1, ASAP1, and FBP1. Each is linked with CALML4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML4-to-partner and partner-to-CALML4 results are reported.
