Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP332, RNU6-902P, and NRON. Each is linked with CALML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML4-to-partner and partner-to-CALML4 results are reported.
