CALML3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,770 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCA2, KRT14, and TP53AIP1. Each is linked with CALML3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML3-to-partner and partner-to-CALML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALML3 versus CLCA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
