CALML3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 802 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF234, OR13C3, and RPL9P15. Each is linked with CALML3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML3-to-partner and partner-to-CALML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF234 grouped by CALML3-low versus CALML3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
