Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALML3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CALML3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CALML3-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALML3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCS, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where CALML3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
