CALM2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,721 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSPAN6, ARFGAP2_S340, and ARHGEF12_T736. Each is linked with CALM2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2P2-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALM2P2 versus TSPAN6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
