Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,099 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Protein-containing complex localization. Each is linked with CALM2P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2P1 results are reported.
