CALM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, MARK3, and DYNC1H1. Each is linked with CALM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM1-to-partner and partner-to-CALM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
