Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALHM6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CALHM6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CALHM6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALHM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where CALHM6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
