CALHM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,819 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC3L, CALHM5, and SPAST. Each is linked with CALHM4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM4-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALHM4 versus TRAPPC3L in THCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALHM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALHM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
