Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,923 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALHM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Vesicle targeting, and Regulation of translation initiation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with CALHM4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM4-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translational initiation grouped by CALHM4-low versus CALHM4-high in STAD.
