Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALHM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4AP1, MIR4698, and MIR4696. Each is linked with CALHM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM4-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG4AP1 grouped by CALHM4-low versus CALHM4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALHM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALHM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
