The most reproducible CALHM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of modification of postsynaptic actin cytoskeleton, Ventricular system development, and Serotonin secretion. Each is linked with CALHM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM4-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM4 results are reported.
