Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALHM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX4I2. Each is linked with CALHM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM4-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM4 results are reported.
