CALHM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS3, PPM1F, and CALD1. Each is linked with CALHM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM2-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALHM2 versus THBS3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALHM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALHM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
