CALHM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RN7SL148P, and IL3. Each is linked with CALHM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM2-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by CALHM2-low versus CALHM2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALHM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALHM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
