Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALHM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4 and OR4F5. Each is linked with CALHM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM2-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM2 results are reported.
