CALD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,968 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, THBS3, and TLN1_S2162. Each is linked with CALD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALD1-to-partner and partner-to-CALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALD1 versus ZYX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
