CALD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCD1P3, EIF2B2, and TXN2. Each is linked with CALD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALD1-to-partner and partner-to-CALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCD1P3 grouped by CALD1-low versus CALD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
