CALD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1, EPPIN, and CFC1. Each is linked with CALD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALD1-to-partner and partner-to-CALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPRP1 grouped by CALD1-low versus CALD1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
