CALCR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAC3D1, HMGB1P38, and EBP. Each is linked with CALCR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCR-to-partner and partner-to-CALCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAC3D1 grouped by CALCR-low versus CALCR-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
