CALCR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, ASNS, and JNK2. Each is linked with CALCR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCR-to-partner and partner-to-CALCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by CALCR-low versus CALCR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
