CALCR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALCR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM132D, TAS1R2, and CRYBA4. Each is linked with CALCR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCR-to-partner and partner-to-CALCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM132D grouped by CALCR-low versus CALCR-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
