CALCOCO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCOCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,035 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCOCO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2Z, DNPEP, and LRPPRC. Each is linked with CALCOCO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCOCO2-to-partner and partner-to-CALCOCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCOCO2 versus UBE2Z in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCOCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCOCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
