CALCOCO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCOCO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCOCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPOP, NCF4, and CD244. Each is linked with CALCOCO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCOCO2-to-partner and partner-to-CALCOCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCOCO2 versus SPOP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCOCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCOCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
