CALCOCO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCOCO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCOCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A12, PDE1B, and ARRB1. Each is linked with CALCOCO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCOCO1-to-partner and partner-to-CALCOCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCOCO1 versus SLC6A12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCOCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCOCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
