CALCOCO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALCOCO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCOCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB3, OR2A2, and TPPP2. Each is linked with CALCOCO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCOCO1-to-partner and partner-to-CALCOCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB3 grouped by CALCOCO1-low versus CALCOCO1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCOCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCOCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
