The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CALCB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALCB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SARC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CALCB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
