CALCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,878 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSH3, BCAR1_S428, and PSIP1. Each is linked with CALCB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCB-to-partner and partner-to-CALCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCB versus SSH3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
