CALCB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALCB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 608 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, OR51B5, and KCNH5. Each is linked with CALCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCB-to-partner and partner-to-CALCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by CALCB-low versus CALCB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
