Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5A2. Each is linked with CALB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB1-to-partner and partner-to-CALB1 results are reported.
