CAGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with CAGE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAGE1-to-partner and partner-to-CAGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CAGE1-low versus CAGE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
